Overcoming Anxiety free seminars will cover understanding the difference between “normal” anxiety and severe anxiety as well as the systemic effects of anxiety. Each attendee will learn a variety of techniques to assist with anxiety relief and receive a coupon for 50% off a scheduled individual counseling session.
