About Me
I am a Professional Counselor – Clinical Resident (PC-CR) licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board (lic.C0900006).
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Hiram College and a Master of Education in Community Counseling from Kent State University. My husband of over 30 years and I are the parents of 2 adult children. I know people can heal from devastating challenges. Counseling is my passion.
My counseling focuses on and helps individuals with: Stress, Depression, Anxiety (including panic attacks), Sexual Abuse, Trauma and Assault, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Addictions, Chronic Pain, Parenting Skills, Relationship Issues, Grief & Loss, Career Counseling, Self-Care and Wellness.
My experience includes counseling children, adolescents, adults, and families in: schools, community mental health settings, and private practice.
